Launceston Place in Kensington does the best Sunday lunch,
Fred at Barney’s in New
York for fabulous pizza and Harry’s Bar in London for a grown-up
dinner.
3. And your favourite

home to us in New York and Cap Juluca in Anguilla as it is so romantic

Without doubt the Park Hyatt

more important?
For me, the more multi-functional

relax?
I love reading and trips
to discover new things and be inspired.
Also thinking up exciting
ideas for fragrance; it’s like my paint palette.

France or Italy with great food, great friends and a massage every day.

recent luxury purchase?
A David
Linley throw; it’s beautiful.
18. What item are you

A bed, as we have slept
on a sofa-bed for the last four years.
19. Who do you tip to
watch over the next 10 years?
Hmmm...
20. What do you predict
will be the biggest trends this century?
I believe the health, exercise
and beauty industry will see the biggest growth areas,
as it is no longer a luxury
in someone’s life - it has become a necessity.
