The order of listing of the restaurants is alphabetical and is divided into four groups as follows: Traditional Restaurant, Trendy Restaurant, Brasserie or Cafe; Booking is normally essential, lunch and dinner means fixed price lunch or dinner menu, carte means a la carte, some restaurants are closed 2 weeks in February and 3-4 weeks in August, best restaurants are also listed under "Hotels"
